Hawkers Cove - the perfect beach

We discovered this really cool beach to hang out on near Padstow, Cornwall. Most of the beaches around there are possessed with surf globber. But this one doesn't have surf so guess what? It's quiet and restful but with loads of opportunity to swim, kayak and walk out miles when the tides out. If you want you can walk round the bay to Padstow for an ice cream because other than that little walk there is nothing else there. No loos, shops or surfers! Just sand dunes, hills and sea. Cheap parking above the beach, then access via a couple of fields, about a 15 minute walk.
