Who makes cider the old timers way? Hen Corner do – and so off we all go on a sunny afternoon in mid September to eek out maggots, slice and dice, crush and mush, then let the big old cider press do some serious squeezing. Actually this is the third annual Cider Sunday at Hen Corner, a very relaxing and successful event.
A great opportunity to relax and actually create some really good natural product. Sara and Andy who run the joint like to crack open the first bottle on Boxing Day with a home cooked ham – that's the life!
